This solar product was easy to install and had very good battery life. However, I contacted customer support because it lacked 180 degreemovement. I purchased this product as a replacement for a previous non solar Ctronics camera which I accidentally dropped. I was advised that their solar cameras do not have the automatic motion feature. Customer service was very responsive when contacted about this product and the previous one. Their responses were prompt, thorough and exceptionally courteous. I am very satisfied with how my correspondence was handled. The products are of good quality, and the Ctronics brand is one I would recomnend.
