We bought this camera set because someone shot a BB gun through our daughters window. We all feel a lot safer now that we do have them up. The cameras and DVR are easy to set up and install. We did have a problem with the DVR after running for about 12 hrs. It started beeping like it was getting little power. We contacted the company on face book messenger and they were very helpful. They got back with me in excellent time. You do have to put in consideration of the time zone difference. We ended up sending the DVR back and we got a new one sent to us very fast. We have had it up a few days now and no problems at all. Picture is great and it has worked great through the snow and very cold temps we have here. I would recommend this company to everyone. Customer service was amazing!!!
