The product is less than ok, came without instructions, you need to go online and find them, if you’re lucky. The customer service is awful. Can’t understand them, mostly Asian or others can’t understand their English. Not very helpful or knowledgeable about product. Wanted to return them, but a person charged me $200 to install and wanted another $100 to remove them. Stuck with something that’s not really what would serve the purpose. Night cameras??? You would expect to at least see something at night, but no almost completely dark.
