The product does what it needs to do and just works. I didn't have to read any instructions and everything was straight forward, and I didn't need to make any modifications to my camera in order to make it function. I use it every day and I have had no issues with it failing or resetting the camera. The length of the power supply is long too, so you don't have to worry about not having enough length to reach the wall plug. Overall it is a great product and it is still going strong today.
