This product is worth every penny I paid for it. It was so easy to setup to the Tuya Smart app on my android phone. (This app can also be used for other WiFi-connected products). The After putting in the battery and letting it charge I was able to setup the clock camera on the first try. It was able to install a 128GB SD card (FAT32 Format) but also purchased the cloud app for only $44 a year. The camera has superior quality and I can see very good details. The camera has 3 modes to set motion sensors. I suggest the lowest when you're at home and the highest when you're are out. I am able to see what is going on (thru the app) at work and I work 26 miles away and the movies and stills photos are saved to the cloud in case the camera is stolen. I never had a better experience with a product like this before. So easy to setup and some questions I had for customer service were answered in 24 hours or less. A truly great support organization backing them up. I would recommend this clock camera for anyone who is worried about the safety of their home. I have it running even when I;m home cause of the unsafe area I live in. I plan to buy another and put it in the kitchen facing the front door of my apartment. The app can handle multiple cameras. And the cloud storage is great. In the future I will look for appliances made by this company as I feel it is high quality and have no problems so far. Any question please feel free to reach out to me. The only issue is the night vision in complete darkness is not so great but I put a low watt night light (that goes on when it gets dark). Now I can see everything.This is def work the price and have and no problems to date.Setup is not user friendly, the face looks like an alarm clock but rather just a digital clock. Camera stream gets really grainy at times. Motion alert is set off by no movement. Obviously there is no audio feedback to determine sound profile if truly a false motion alert. The display time when at night is super bright that it lights up a room. Audio is necessary. Seller easy to work with in refund and customer satisfaction.This was a waste of good money. The clock/camera doesn't even work.Picture quality/images, and night vision are crystal clear. Set up is quick and easy. Clock is cute, and neat. Couldn’t be happier.This clock-cam was very easy to set-up. It has very good quality video that I can view while I’m at work to keep an eye on things.And a special shout-out to Helen in Customer Service!!
